A fantastic breakfast for the Diabetic is oatmeal! Be selective, though! Will not buy the sort that is available in pouches and has plenty of salt and sugar in it! Get quick oats or standard rolled oats. Help it become each morning for yourself. Prime it with cinnamon and apples to get a delicious meal!
